  • I imagine I'm unlike Phenol55's typical customer as a live overseas (in Tokyo). The first time I requested a delivery to my home in Japan, Phenol55 researched and found a global shipping service that has since worked fantastic. Although I'm eight time zones away, I appreciate that I feel like I'm on a first name basis with all the Phenol55 staff, despite having never met them. The staff are always responsive, polite and from my experience stand ready and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all of my questions or requests - a level of service that, unfortunately, is rare these days.
